I was previously doing the 'quick fixes' that relied on extreme measures like cutting calories & important macronutrients like carbohydrates, which was actually slowing my metabolism down.
I was drinking shakes and taking expensive supplements & pills...
Meaning, I could lose the weight, but it would always come back on FAST...& got harder to lose each time.
But I realised that the only way to lose body fat & weight, and to keep it off forever, was building a plan, optimised for ME.
Not for everyone else. Not for all women in general.
And when I learnt how to do this, I was able to fix my metabolism from all of damage I'd done previously, and eat more food than ever...including foods we're told we 'shouldn't' eat by the fitness industry.
