  • ​I started doing cardio and would also go to the gym every day.
  • ​Optifast shakes (that ended with me being put in hospital, unable to walk)
  • ​Supplements & Fat Burners from supplement stores
  • ​HIIT Training, Bootcamps & Pilates sessions

BUT nothing worked LONG TERM (yes I did lose some weight), BUT I HATED my life & everything took a lot of HARD work & was extreme & definitely NOT healthy. 

And as soon as I stopped, the weight came back on, twice as quick as it left.

Then I found my SAVIOR...

I finally realised that everything I was doing was a 'blanket' approach.

Cutting carbs, eating 1200 calories, following meal plans from Instagram models...

They weren't customised to ME.

The REAL PROBLEM with my lack of sustainable

I was previously doing the 'quick fixes' that relied on extreme measures like cutting calories & important macronutrients like carbohydrates, which was actually slowing my metabolism down.

I was drinking shakes and taking expensive supplements & pills...

Meaning, I could lose the weight, but it would always come back on FAST...& got harder to lose each time. 

But I realised that the only way to lose body fat & weight, and to keep it off forever, was building a plan, optimised for ME. 

Not for everyone else.  Not for all women in general. 

And when I learnt how to do this, I was able to fix my metabolism from all of damage I'd done previously, and eat more food than ever...including foods we're told we 'shouldn't' eat by the fitness industry.

Who is This System For?

How do I see my training plans?

You will be emailed a link to download the Trainerise app, and all of your workouts will be available in there. 

What if I need assistance?

You'll have access to Edwina as your coach (just like as if you were a VIP coaching client) for the 8 weeks, to help you and answer any questions you have. 

How is the coaching delivered 

Our coaching call all take place on Zoom.  It's a great app that's easy to download and use.

What If I'm busy & don't have time to follow everything?

Is the content available right away?

Do I need access to a gym?

No, you don't need a gym.  You can get started with a set of dumbbells/kettlebells, or even if you don't have that just yet, some Mums improvise with some cans/water bottles or bricks until they can get their hands on some dumbbells.

What if I'm only a newbie to exercise?

All of the exercises have instruction videos so that you know exactly what to do, and you can start at the level you're at, as you build strength & get more proficient with the exercises. 

What if I'm a fussy eater?

There are plenty of options and easy to follow plans, that you can easily substitute different foods.  You'll have Edwina to help you to do this for the first 4 weeks, if you're unsure of how to swap things out. 

Are the meals easy to prepare?

Absolutely!  If you know me, I am the worlds worst cook!  If I'm making it, it has to be super easy and quick!  That doesn't mean your food isn't tasty, just means you spend less time in the kitchen.
